Isaac's children George and Martha are related to Adam GFellers. This means one of two possibilities:
Isaac married the daughter of Henry G Fellers in Limestone Co., AL.
Isaac is the son of Phillip Waggoner and Catherine GFellers. And he followed his uncle Henry to Limestone Co., AL.
Assuming the first theory since George and Isaac are both not common Waggoner names for the Phillip line. Also, the DNA matches don't match the more distant Phillip line. (i.e. nobody before Phillip)
