From son-in-law John Shaw's profile:
1785.Jan.01 — According to Georgia 1785 Quaker Meeting minutes, sisters Mary and Elizabeth Sidwell are expelled from the Society of Friends for marrying non-Quaker brothers James and George Waggoner on this date. George Sr’s wife Elizabeth’s will, probated in 1813, refers to her Sidwell daughters-in-law as widows. The entry reads "Mary and Elizabeth Waggoner formerly Sidwell hath accomplished their marriage contrary to the good order used amongst friends with men not in unity with us. Mary and Eliz. Waggoner declared to be no longer members of our Religous Society."[7]

This is a compilation of mentions of Waggoners/Wagners in the records and in newspaper articles. Since the marriage took place in Wrightsboro, Richmond County, Georgia, the Meeting would likely have been held in Richmond County.
