ARTHUR J. WAGNER SR.

Morning Call, The (Allentown, PA) - Monday, February 6, 1984 Arthur J. Wagner Sr., 75, of 967 Delaware Ave., Palmerton, died Sunday in Palmerton Hospital. He was the husband of Ethel (Shook) Wagner. The couple observed their 56th wedding anniversary last February.

Wagner was a mason for the New Jersey Zinc. Co., Palmerton, for 35 years, retiring in 1973.

Born in Pen Argyl, he was a son of the late Joseph and Cora (Long) Wagner.

He was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Towamensing.

Surviving with his widow are a daughter Doris, wife of Randolph Swavely Jr. of Allentown; a son Arthur J. Jr. of Kutztown, a brother Karl of Easton; a stepsister Dacia, wife of Winfield Christman of Nazareth; two stepbrothers, George of Allentown and Robert of Easton; five grandchildren and two great- grandchildren.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday in the T.K. Thomas Funeral Home, 145 Delaware Ave., Palmerton. A calling hour will precede the services.
