Adelle (Wagoner) Scott is a part of US Black heritage.
Adelle was born about 1853. She passed away in 1924.
"Adelle Scott was active in the Woman’s Relief Corps and was the patriotic instructor for the department of Washington and Alaska. She also worked in the Independent Order of Foresters and was the first vice chief ranger in the companion court in state of Washington where she also served as a financial advisor and department inspector in 1904 and 1905."[1]
Her father worked with the underground railroad.
