"Taufen, Heiraten, Tote" means "Baptisms = christenings, Marriages, Deaths"
"This is the marriage record, and "Michael Friedrich Wahmann" is witness.
This may or may not be her father. It could be her brother, for example.
Even after looking at the original close up (and the column headings describing what is entered), it is not clear what the words say."
I did go to her profile and correct the link to the marriage record, as the image showed only an abbreviated version of it. On the profile, the image labeled Christening Record is actually the marriage record.

NOT SURE that the Church where they were Christened AND married has a cemetery. So I googlemap to the "cemeteries in Chociwel" and the closest was Central Cemetery in Szcaecin, began in 1901 and that is the approximate date of Maria's death.
NOTE: The father of Caroline Wilhelmine Bartelt-Budtke is Michael Freidrich Bartelt who came to America with his daughter. her husband, and 2 kids. And he is laid to rest in Auburndale, Wisconsin, near his daughter & family. And of course his wife, "Felka", Freidricka.
The REASON for this observation is: There is a "Michael Freidrich Wahmann" who signed their marriage record. Unknown as to whether father, or son, etc.
