Biography
When Clara Dell Waid was born in March 1875 in Greene, Pennsylvania, her father, Robert, was 29, and her mother, Emma, was 33. She married Charles Forest Duncan on November 14, 1895, in Meadville, Pennsylvania. They had two children during their marriage. She died on April 25, 1911, in Pennsylvania at the age of 36, and was buried in Linesville, Pennsylvania.
