Margaret Wake (said to be over 40 in 1349) was the daughter of Sir John Wake, 1st Lord Wake, and his wife Joan Fiennes.
She married 1st Sir John Comyn, d 1314, son of the Red Comyn. They had 1 son, Aymer, who died young in 1316.
She married 2nd Edmund of Woodstock.
She died 25 September 1349 only months after she was heir to her brother's title.
