Biography
Susie (Wakefield) Lankard lived in Appalachia, in Ohio.
Susan Wakefield was born on 2 November 1859 in Lawrence County, Ohio.
In 1870, at the age of 10, he was living in Kasota, Le Sueur, Minnesota, with his parents, A J and Hester, five siblings, and Aunt Chloe (Father's sister). [1]
She married Joseph Lankard in 1878 in Minnesota.
Susan died of consumption, in October 1895 at Redwood Falls, Redwood County, Minnesota. She left 4 children to be raised by her husband.
