Her will is dated 24 June 1841 and proved on 30 October 1841 in Fairfield. She mentions her grandson Henry Patchen, her son Jonathan, and her daughters, Anna Caroline, wife of Eli Sherwood, and Polly Wakeman, wife of Samuel Bradley Goodsell.[1]
Her share of her husband's estate was to be set out to Anna Caroline, wife of Eli Sherwood, Polly Wakeman Goodsell, wife of Samuel B. Goodsell, Jonathan Banks, the heirs of Catherine Patchen, decd, late wife of Jarvis Patchen.[1]
