Ezekiel lived in Granville Co, NC, Newberry Co, SC, , Buncombe Co, NC. Possibly, he lived in Greene Co, TN. Circumstantial evidence seems to indicate that he lived in Greene Co, TN Tabitha & her husband Thomas Adams were living in Buncombe Co on 9 Apr 1828. Nancy & her husband Thomas Price were living in Buncombe Co on 9 Apr 1828. Permelia was living in Buncombe Co on 9 Apr 1828. Perhaps her husband Mr. Short had died before that time. Samuel Newman Gary was living in Buncombe Co. on 9 Apr 1828. He was enumerated in the 1830 Census of Rutherford, the 1840 & 1850 of Henderson and the 1870 census if POlk Co NC. He was buried in DeHart Cem. in Tellica Plains, TN. His birth & death dates are taken from the gravsetone. Rebecca & her husband Joseph Kuykendall were living in Habersham Co, GA on 9 Apr 1828. Family Tradition has it that Ezekel died on his 75th birthday. Ezekeil was received by experience into the Bush River Baptist Church in Newberry Co, SC on 27 Jun 1802.

Bettye Heinrich 2005 - Only the children beginning with #9 were those of Ezekiel Waldrop and his unknown wife. No one has ever come forth with any documentation that will prove the name of Ezekiel's wife. He lived in Newberry Dist SC until at least 1811 as he appears on the church records there. There is nothing to show that he ever lived in the other places that you named.

Buncombe Co., NC Deed Book 14, p. 347. Aug 1822. James Kuykendall to Ezekiel Waldrop 100 acres lying on Chadwicks Mill Creek, Charles Green line. Wit: McMinn, Green, Fullam.
