Robert Walford was born on 12 Mar 1883 in Galt, Cambridge, Waterloo, Ontario, Canada. He was the son of Hazekiah Walford and Susanna Wilkin. ^[1]

Robert Walford and Mabel Cornell married on 26 Oct 1904 in Galt, Waterloo, Ontario. Robert was a 21 year old laborer, born and living in Galt (b~1883). His parents were Hazekiah Walford and Susan Wilkie. Mabel was a 19 year old, born and living in Freeport (b~1885). Her parents were confirmed as Erastus Cornell and Martha Hewitt. ^[2]

Robert passed away at the age of 81 on 19 Dec 1964 and was buried at Mountview Cemetery in Cambridge. ^[3]
