When James Que " Orville Otis " Walker was born on June 10, 1909, in Clay County, West Virginia to Perry Walker and Amanda Samples[1] He died on April 21, 1982, in Charleston, Kanawha, West Virginia, at the age of 72, [2]and was buried in St Albans, Kanawha, West Virginia.[3]
He married Mildred Ellen Foster in 1945 in Kanawha City, West Virginia. [4] View Record
