Biography
Ella was born 24 April 1902 in Alafia, Hillsborough County, Florida.[1] She was the daughter of James Arthur Walker and Mary Ella Goolsby.
She married first William Walton Blackmon circa 1919.[2]
She married second, as his fourth wife, Joseph Braxton Lowe on 4 April 1953 in Oneco, Manatee County, in a ceremony performed by Rev. H. L. Walker.[3] The witnesses were Shelley B. Dees and J. W. Walker.
Ella died on 1 November 1991 in Inverness, Citrus County,[4] and she is buried in the Lake Lindsey Cemetery in Brooksville.[5]
