In the 1881 census William (age 1) was the son of John H. Walker and his wife Mary Ann living with five siblings at 24 Brighton St, Poulton cum Seacombe, Cheshire, England.[3].

In 1889 he emigrated to Canada[citation needed].

From 1901 to 1916 he lived in Alberta Canada[citation needed].

He died on 26 May 1963 at Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada[4].
