= Biography =Grew up in Duquesne,Mo attending Duquesne school for eight years,Then East Junior high school for the ninth grade,then Joplin Senior High School where i lettered in music and Ever Ready Rifles.I entered United States Naval service in 1953 and served active duty until 1957 serving aboard the uSS Knudson APD 101 in Korea and Vietnam then theUSS Prestige MSO 465 in the Far East.After my military service i worked in the aero space industry for several years then i worked as a building contractor till retirement.Now i do family history research in my spare time
