My Father's Mother. She had 12 kids and lived a hard poor life. She was the dau. of a farmer & a part time preacher. They attended Corinith Church of God on Ky. hidhway 501 Casey County, Kentucky.
She eloped with my grandfather. She had inherited Heart Problems & the temper from my gr grandmother Eddy Jane Abney Dorn (as told). Lula died at Ephraim McDowell Hospital in Boyle Co Ky.
I have my parents birth Certificates along with my grand parents. I talked to her siblings from the 70's to the 90's.
The Wall/Dorn surname is explained when you get to Augustus Dorn. Lula would have responded to both surnames. Lula used Wall when she married.
Her father Friend Wall & his brother Walter Walter Wall used Dorn. They were both part time preachers at Corinth Church. on 501 south side. Their fuzzy pictures that I posted were from a group photo of the Corinith Church Members. Edward Pike
