Sarah Margaret Wall was born in 1803 in Nassau, Bahamas to William Wall and Margaret Dorrell/Darrell Wall.
She married Benjamin Thompson - his second wife - at St. Matthew's Anglican Church, Nassau, 6 July 1824. The couple had children; among them: Ann Susannah Thompson, Robert Alexander Thompson, Sarah Margaret Thompson, Mary Ann Wall Thompson, and Samuel Thompson.
Sarah Margaret Wall Thompson died in Nassau, Bahamas 28 September 1876 at 72 years of age.
