Charles was born in 1889. He was the son of Lewis B. and Nannie (Price) Wall.
During World War I Charles served in the US Army from February 1918 to February 1919.
Charles married Bertha Emma (Barlow) Wall at sometime after 1950. He was single at the time of his father's death in May 1945 and does not appear to have previously married.
He passed away in 1981 and was interred at Monongahela Cemetery, Monongahela, Pennsylvania.
