Charlie Clarence was born Aug 3 1867 ^[1][2] in Newton, Georgia. His parents were Moses Wallace and Sophronia Elizabeth Almand.

In 1870 Charlie Clarence was living in Subdivision 163, Newton, Georgia with his mother and siblings. Post Office: Conyers. Next census Conyers will be in Rockdale County.^[3]
