WEDDING (1) REPORT. WALLACE—RALSTON. The marriage of Miss Mary Elizabeth Ralston, only daughter of Mr. and Mrs. A. G. Ralston, of Kooroogama, Strathfield, with Dr. John Andrew Leslie Wallace, eldest son of the late Dr. Andrew Wallace, of Aberdeenshire, Scotland, was celebrated by Rev. Harry Bryant In St. Paul's Church, Burwood, on Wednesday afternoon. Palm leaves, arum lilies, and white tulle were used for the beautiful decorations of the church. The bride was given away by her father, and wore a graceful gown of ivory satin charmeuse, the long train and gown being covered by a veil of old family lace; a soft veiling of tulle being worn over all. Her bouquet of white carnations, as well as a blue armlet with a diamond and pearl slide, was the gift of the bridegroom. Another touch of blue was introduced In the hair band, which fastened the old lace veil. She wore a necklace of pearls and earrings, the gifts of Mrs. F. G. Sargood. In pretty dresses of delphinium blue charmeuse with black hats Miss Tim Raine and Miss Phyllis Traill attended as bridesmaids. Their bouquets of pale pink carnations and dainty black silk bags lined with blue were given by the bridegroom. Dr. Oliver Latham was best man, and Mr. A. W. Ralston groomsman. An afternoon reception was given at "Kooroogama," at which about 250 guests were present, including Sir Edgeworth and Lady David, Dr. and Mrs. Williamson, Dr. and Mrs. Arthur Mills, Mr. and Mrs. T. R. Raine, Mr. and Mrs. F. G. Sargood, Dr. and Mrs. Andrew Davidson, Mrs. Rich, Mrs. T. Rolin, Mr. and Mrs. R. B. WEDDING (2) REPORT. HOME CEREMONY AT MILTON. MISS Kathleen Wynter-Warden, daughter of Mr and Mrs. Wynter-Warden, of 'Mount Airlie,' Milton, chose a home ceremony for her marriage last night to Dr. John Wallace, son of Dr. Andrew Wallace, of Turriss [sic, Turriff], Scotland. The reception rooms of the picturesque old home were massed with flowers, and made a perfect setting for the occasion. The bride, who was given away by her father, dispensed with the usual wedding gown and veil, and wore a charming reception gown, made ankle length, of honey-colored chiffon. Her hat was of soft straw In the same shade, and a sheaf designed by Jeans of cream and gold gladioli, clustered with yellow tuberous begonias and yellow roses, completed the color note. Mrs. Neil Warden, sister-in-law of the bride, was matron of honor. In a frock of azure blue floral chiffon, with a blue tulle hat. A slash posy of salmon pink carnations and blue delphiniums gave a pleasing contrast. Mr. Charles Ranken attended the bridegroom as best man. The bride's mother received In a gown of black georgette and lace, with a black hat. A posy of red roses and fuchsias gave a touch of color. On leaving for the honeymoon the bride were a leaf brown suit with a brown baku hat.
