Arthur Wallace was born in Yorkshire, England.

Arthur was born in 1917. He was the son of Wilse Wallace and Annie Tunstall. [1]

In 1939 Arthur is living in Leeds with mother Annie, sister Ethel and Florence Tunstall, his mother's sister. He is working as a Engineers Time & Cash Clerk. He is also working in the Auxillary Fire Service in Leeds. His brother Joseph and family are also living next door. [2]

He passed away after 1939.
