Charles F. Wallace, 1886-1936 (50), was born in Harrisburg, Illinois, the son of James Harrison Wallace (1864-1928) and Myrtle Zappa Burger (1868-1926), who both were born and died in Illinois. Charles died in 1936 in Houston, Texas. 
Charles Franklin Wallace, 30, registered for the WWI Draft on 5 June 1917 in Little Rock, Pulaski, Arkansas. He was married, and resided at 306 S. Victory. He worked as a Cooper for J.H. Hamlin and Son, Little Rock. Charles claimed an exemption from service due to his dependent wife and that he had crossed eyes. He was of medium height, stout of build, with brown (crossed) eyes, and red hair. 
Charles F. Wallace, 50, died of mitral insufficiency and chronic nephritis, on 7 October 1936 at his home, 4916 Polk, Houston, Texas. He was born 24 august 1886 in Harrisburg, Illinois, the son of James H. Wallace and Zeppy Burgess, both born in Illinois. Charles was a filling station proprietor, and was survived by his wife. The informant to his death was Mrs. C.E. Lambert, of Houston. Charles was buried at Forest Park cemetery.
