Virginia M. Wallace was the 2nd of five children born to William Joseph Wallace and Telvina Agnes Serpa. Other siblings include: Alfred Lee, William Joseph, Mary Gloria and Robert Bruce. Virginia married Rex M. Burback in 1948. Their children include: David, Christopher, Sally, Jennifer and Kerry.
