Their first child, Eliza, was born on 5 February 1871 in Ballykeel, Dromore. Their second, Mary, followed on 12 February 1873. Their third, Sarah Jane, was born on 26 May 1875. A fourth, Thomas, was born on 26 May 1875, and a fifth, Trevor, was born about 1877. Their sixth, Ann, was born at Lappoges, Dromore, on 3 September 1879, and their seventh, Agnes, followed on 24 April 1881.
Trevor junior married Elizabeth Jess in Lisburn in 1892, and they had two children.
Sarah Jane married Rainey Mills, a labourer, in Dromore in 1897. They had nine children.
Eliza married John Rush, a farmer from Growell, County Down, in 1898. They had two children.
Trevor died of apoplexy at Growell on 21 February 1899, aged 60.
In the 1901 census, Jane is living at 3 Growell, Ballykeel, with her unmarried daughters Mary, Ann and Agnes.
