Biography
Dr Jocelyn Langton Waller was born on 21 March 1880 in Horsham, Sussex, his father, Major, was 35 and his mother, Margaret, was 25. He married Catalina Elena Taylor on 15 April 1909. They had three children during their marriage. He died on 12 January 1960 in his hometown at the age of 79.
