Theodora Marie (Wallis) Rugh, 80, died Monday, Nov. 12, 2001, in Indianapolis. She was a resident of Indianapolis and a former resident of Greenwood.
She was born Nov. 24, 1920, in Indianapolis. Her parents were C.H. Theodore and Florence (Wright) Wallis. She married Weldon E. Rugh. He preceded her in death. Survivors include a son, Thomas E. Rugh of Indianapolis; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Debra Melton.
She was employed as a clerical worker for seven years by the American Baptist Churches.
She attended high school.
She was a member of Garfield Baptist Church, where she was the treasurer for many years. She was also a member of the home builders' Sunday school class.
