- Note It is uncertain when Eugenie was born. Her death certificate states she was 70 years in 1928 when she died. On her headstone it states she was 71years. There was an unnamed Female born 1857 to Maurice & Sarah Walsh and a Male named Florence that died in 1863 aged 5-1/2. I cannot find a birth certificate in 1854 for a child born to John Maurice & Sarah Walsh. I have calculated Euginie's DOB from her death certificate. As Eugenie is not in the direct line of my relationship I have not purchased all certificates. To confirm that Eugenie was born in 1857 and not 1863 - she had a child in 1874. She would have been 14 years old. This child was William James He died as William James Stammers.[2]
