Biography
Nellie was born Nellie Butcher. [1] Her parents were Robert and Hannah (nee Eastwood). In 1911 her father was a licenced Ale Dealer and the family lived in the large household of Hannah's mother Mary at 10 Wood Street, Blackpool. [2]
In 1932 Nellie married Fred Walsh in Blackburn. [3]
In 1939 she was a widow and Cafe Proprietress, living in Stoke Close, Blackpool with her young daughter, Jane C, [4] aged 5. [5]
In 1948 she married Valentine Morse. [6]
Nellie died aged 88 in Wycombe, Buckinghamshire. [7]
