"Wesley Rosswell Walter was b. 13 June 1869 in Otoe Co., NE to David Charles & Elisa "Louisa" (Brubaker) Walter. He and Eunice Emmaline McIntyre were m. 12 March 1894 in Worth Co., MO at the home of the bride's mother, Sarah (Skinner) McIntyre. Wesley d. 14 March 1929 while visiting their son Loren "Gail" Walter in California. His body was shipped from San Mateo to Belfry, Montana by train. His young grandson, Bill Brown remembered apprehensively.
The photo of the older Wes with a moustache was taken in 1888-9 at the Nebraska State Fair."
