Byberry Waltons Vol 1, Norman Walton Swayne,1958 Data Pages Scanned from Original Text

From Byberry Waltons, Volume I, 1958, by Norman Walton Swayne, Pages 128, 129

MARY WALTON , born 6.20.1759, died Aug. 7, 1845, daughter of 103 Thomas Walton & Mary Titus of near Hatboro, Montgomery Co., Pa., married 4.17.1778 at Horsham Mtg, Benjamin Bond, born 1742, died 1826, of Horsham, born in Bucks Co., son of Joseph Bond & Martha Rogers of New Garden Mtg, Roan Co., N. C., where Guilford College later was established. This is from the Bond Gen., which says Benjamin moved, probably with his parents, to North Carolina, then after their deaths he and sister Ruth went back to Pennsylvania, where they found homes among friends. Abington Mtg says 4.24.1769 Benjamin asked to be rec?d and Horsham gave a good account of him, so 6.26.1769 he was admitted, 12.31.1770 to New Garden and 9.30.1771 returned from there, apparently. after a long journey to visit his brothers and friends. Benjamin & Mary settled in Fawn Twp, York Co., Pa., where they lived until his death, then Mary and the children moved to Indiana, where she died in Wayne Co. The Bond Gen. gives these five children:

1 Martha b abt 1779 d 1854 not married
