Richard was married first to a woman whose identity is unknown. They had one son, Thomas, who was named in Richard's will.[1]
He married second Joice, whose birth surname is unknown. The date and location of the ceremony have also not been located. They had eight children together; Joice survived him and emigrated to New England.[1]
Richard's will was dated April 22 of 1635;[2] it was proved on October 2 of the same year by Joice, the executrix.[1]
