Research Notes
The death in 1830 may not be her. IGI suggests a death in MAY 1830 of Mary COATS - daughter of William COATS and Mary Hansted, born About 1752 Bosham, Sussex, England, may be a co-incidence - Interestingly Mary Hanstead is an ancestor of Stephen COATS, said to be a cousin of the COATS' in Australia) One researcher suggests Mary Hanstead COATS died in Hampshire in May 1830 so this record could be Mary COATES death.
