Wallace,

WikiTree's Native American project periodically reviews those with the NA Project badge. We noticed that you have been inactive on WikiTree for a long time. Knowing that life does happen and priorities shift, we just wanted to check in with you to see if you were still interested in participating in this project. We look forward to hearing from you.

Hi!

Now that you have had a little time to try WikiTree, there are a few more features you may find useful.

Ideas on what to include in a profile can be found in Styles and Standards, including some tips on writing biographies.

If you need to describe an event, an heirloom or a location relevant to your research, you may like to learn about Free Space Profiles.

Lastly, sometimes you'll run into unresponsive profile managers. We have a process for resolving those unfortunate situations.

If you have any questions, feel free to ask via my profile page.

Hello Wallace,

I can see that you have uploaded a GEDCOM and wanted to make sure you have all the help you may need with it. Please see this webpage, https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Splitting_a_GEDCOM and it will answer most questions you may have regarding GEDCOM’s.

Please let me know if you have any further questions.

Thanks, WikiGreeter Cindy

Hi Wallace!

Welcome to WikiTree! Be sure to take a look at the link in the email you just got. It has important information to help you get started. :-)

WikiTree is different than other genealogy websites because our goal is to have one profile per person, and that means we share ancestors and work together as a BIG collaborative team!

What brings you to WikiTree? Do you have research you’d like to share? Are you interested in how your family fits into the big tree?

Confirm your email address, and you’ll be given an opportunity to fill in the Tags and comments to tell us about your genealogical interests.

Once you volunteer, one of our Greeters will confirm your membership, and you'll be able to add your family to the tree!

Happy Hunting, Cindy
