Lynch-15481 and Ward-4326 appear to represent the same person because: There is some confusion about Ann's name. My father's research had her as Ann Ward Lynch and yours has it as aka Lynch. I missed this and accidently created a duplicate. If you approve the merger we will go with your original post. Thanks.

This makes no sense. If Ann Ward passed away in 1766, how could she marry Benjamin Dillard in 1782?
