Biography
Evelyn "Pat" Leveroni February 12, 1915. Born and raised a proud native San Franciscan. Evelyn passed peacefully with her loving family by her side. Evelyn leaves behind her loving husband of 69 years, Alvin. Survived by two daughters, five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Funeral will be held Thursday October 18, at 10:00 A.M. at Holy Name of Jesus Church, 39th Avenue at Lawton. Followed by Committal at Italian Cemetery.
