Charles was born on February 12, 1872 in Ritchie County, WQest Virginia and a son of William Ward and Martha Eagle. He passed away on January 20, 1936 in Lost Creek, Harrison County, West Virginia and buried in the Sunset Memorial Park, Clarksburg in Harrison County, West Virginia. [1]
