Jun 17, 1732 from Joseph Ward and Margaret, his wife, of CC, planter, to Barton Smoot of CC, Gent, for 1000 lbs of tobacco & 10 shillings and for divers other good causes, part of that tract of land called Marshland in CC, bounded by the mouth of Popes Cr, the Wolf Branch, containing about 40 acres.
