OBITUARY. The late Mr. Ward was born at Lawling Hall, Lachingdon, Essex, 65 years ago. Some 20 years ago he came to N.S.W. with his family, and after living at Scone for about 10 years, he came to Coral Ville 10 years ago, and remained there until his death. Deceased was a man of good character and won the esteem and respect of those who knew him. He is survived by a widow and the following children: Messrs. Harry (Scone), Frank (Comboyne), H. F. (Bondi), John (at home), Mrs. A. G. Page (Manly), and Mrs. H. Saunders (Casino). Members of deceased's own family all reside in England. The remains were interred in the Coopernook cemetery on Sunday morning. Evangelist Hyad, from Scone, officiated at the graveside, and Mr. S. A. Bridge attended to the funeral arrangements. |
