My name is Yvonne (Ward) Strawbridge daughter of Gladys (Hinchco) Ward and Harry Ward. William Hinchco is my grandfather and he was killed in the Ralph Mine (Huntly) mine disaster on September 12th 1914 when my grandmother Annie was seven months pregnant with my mother. This September is the centenary of the disaster and they are holding a ceremony in Huntly to commemorate this. I have an older sister Kathleen (Ward) Clements and a younger brother David Alan Ward.
