She was the daughter of John and Grace Ware and married Elihu Willson in 1792. They were members of the Bethlehem Society of Friends, New Jersey, until they moved to Loyalstock, Lycoming Co., Pennsylvania, and appear on a tax lists. According to Armstrong (author of "The Lundy Family and Their Descendants"), they were the parents of three children. (Willson 43)
