Biography
Beriah was born 7 November 1704 in Wrentham, Massachusetts. He was the son of Nathaniel Ware and Mary Wheelock.[1]
Beriah married Hannah Heaton on 5 January 1731/2 in Wrentham, Norfolk, Massachusetts.[2] Beriah and Hannah had the following known children:[3]
Pelatiah (1732-1819)
Abigail (1735 -1758)
Hannah (1739-?)
Beriah (1742/3-1786)
Margaret (1745/6-1827)
Unity (1748-1834)
Susanna (1748-?)
Beriah passed away 17 February 1756 in Wrentham and is buried there in Gerould Cemetery.[4]
