Biography

[citation needed] for this son, Robert Ware. Not mentioned in any sources for James Ware, knt., of Dublin, family.

NOTE

Ware-117 and Ware-132 appear to represent the same person because: It was proposed by Burke that Sir James Snr may have had a son Robert, despite he fact that he does not appear in either of the Heraldic Funeral Entries or the Will. This was based on a note by Walter Harris who had access to Sir James Jnr's private records viz: "v. Robert '(not named in his father's will), m. Jane , and left a daughter, Mary, baptized at St. Michan's, Dublin, 2nd April, 1665. (This name is added on the presumption that he is the son to whom Walter Harris alludes, but has failed in reciting). "

However if this man's daughter was born in 1665 then he isn't the Virginia man.

As Ware-117 has no descendants or sources he is probably best merged away into Ware-132 then detached from the Irish branch as he looks to be English as per the Ware genealogy.
