Lucinda was born in Braxton County, WV on December 23, 1868 to William Ware and Lucinda Wamsley. She passed away in 1872.[1]
She passed away along with her mother, Lucinda Wamsley, in September 1872 both succumbing to "fever" that was widespread throughout the County at that time. "Fever" was usually written on death certificates in VA/WV when in fact it was probably "Yellow Fever" brought down from Philadelphia. Lucinda was 36. Lucinda Jane was 3.

Her burial location is unknown.
