Nicholas Ware was born in Gloucester County, Virginia on 12 August 1739.[1]
He married Martha "Peggy" Hodges.[1]
His children included

- Nancy Ware, married James Ware,[1] James L. Hodges[2]
Nicholas Ware died 26 Mar 1787 and was buried in Abbeville, South Carolina.[3]
