David was born near Belfast, in County Down, Ireland in 1849; his parents are William and Isabella Waring.

David Waring was a baker.

David Waring age 22 years, married Mary Anne Frizell age 25 on November 1st 1873 in the Church of England, Toronto.

He passed away in 1901.
