First home was Wadsworth Avenue, NYC then New Dorp, Staten Island. Next home was Seeley Place, Scarsdale, NY where I first attended school. Our next home was Hill St., Rye, NY. Entered Milton elementary school in the third grade. My final home was Elmwood Ave. where I graduated from Rye High School 1950. In 1948 I was in first group of 23 American students Exchanged to Europe (Scandinavia) after WW II. I attended Columbia University before enlisting in the US Army. Inducted At Camp Kilmer, NJ, took basic at Ft. Dix and OCS at Ft Monmouth, NJ. Commissioned a 2nd Lt in the Signal Corps and was selected for flight training at San Marcos AFB, TX. and Ft Sill, OK. for advanced tactics. Also selected for Helicopter flight school receiving my wings a year later and tasked to form the first US Army Air Force light aviation unit at the NATO base in Keflavik, Iceland. Where I met my wife! Honorably Discharged from active military 1954 and entered work force as a Guide at National Broadcasting Company, 30 Rockefeller Plaza NYC. Six months later I was offered a position on the Today Show as commercial producer. I remained with the show for three years when I was offered a position with Young and Rubicam Advertising, which I accepted. I continued flying by joining the Air National Guard, assigned to Head Quarters Co. in Yonkers, NY. Transitioned from piston to jet helicopters. After more than a dozen years with Y&R, I formed my own company with two partners, but did not succeed and was invited to join Broadcast Music Inc. (BMI) Licensing Department, later becoming asst. VP of International Dept. before retiring. Attended meetings In Germany, Denmark Switzerland, UK etc. Began Consulting business in the intellectual property of music copyrights working with National Religious Broadcasters and WQXR in NYC. After some years, in 1996 moved to central New Jersey and engaged in Real Estate in Princeton. More than twenty years later my wife and I sell homes in the Active Adult Communities of Monroe Twp. NJ. For a great many years I have been investigating our family history and will now begin to stitch the pieces together. PS: Also looking into my Wife's genealogy in English and discovered "Icelandic Roots" in Fargo, ND...they opened their website in 2013 and have the English translation of Islandingabok which contains 750,000 Icelandic families history dating back 1000 years. Also became involved in the Civil Air Patrol an auxilliary of the US Air Force at the Trenton NJ airport.My wife and I officially retired as real estate agents January 1,2023. We are now relaxing and enjoying our leisure. My attention is once again directed to the Family genealogy. Stay tuned.

Blessed< Edith and I became Great,Grand Parents October 7th 2022 @ 7:47pm to a 7lb 10 oz baby girl! Mother and daughter doing fine. Mother Ingrid is daughter of our son Robert III and Nancy Warner. Ingrid is the oldest of 3 daughters and lives in Park City, Utah. She is married to Alex Whitley.

Added new info for my great grand mother Lucia Abigail Wagner. She married a second time to Fredrick Bonesteel a know attorney in the Albany NY area. She was also the Regent of the Albany DAR in 1931. She died November 1931.

My brother, Timothy Stuart who has had stage 4 lung cancer for several years was admitted to hospice yesterday on his birthday. Our prayers are with him.

Attended the 6th Ft. Plain Museum annual Revolution Conference with my wife Edith and two sons Robert III and Erik C. 56 of the attendees boarded a tour bus at 9am and returned at 4:30pm after viewing battle fields and other related sites. Ft Klock and Stone Arabia were seen. An interesting and tiring day. The following two days we listened to authors tell us about various aspects of the war in the Mohawk Valley. This took place in the Fulton-Montgomery Community College.

My Brother-in-Law John McAneny passed away after an accident, June 26, 2021. He retired from the USAF as a full Colonel and resided with his late wife Pamela (Warner) McAneny in Chester VT.

USA has lost it's way. Our elected members of both parties have lost their way. Their only concern is themselves and not the people they represent. The system has been adjusted so the incumbents can not lose an election (gerrymandering), This applies to both parties. In spite of their modest government salaries, they leave office wealthy with wonderful health plans and benefits. They are insiders, with knowledge before its released to the public. Should they leave office, they also become employed by the corporations they are elected to regulate. Term limits and time limits would solve this problem. Our lawmakers Must be subject to the same laws as their constituents. America must look to fixing its broken systems and enforcing our existing laws now.

In my eight decades I never thought I would witness the burning, looting, death and destruction in many American cities which went on night after night for weeks and months, even on the acceptance day of the Republican nomination by President Trump. His offer to quell the rioting was refused by the state Governors. The Cities in almost every instance were democratic controlled. Law and Order? Not to be found! The Country's future will be determined November 3rd?

Thank you for your reply! I saw you mentioned you are related to the Augustine Warner family line. Augustine Warner I was my documented 9th great-grandfather. I see your Warner's were from New Netherlands? My Warner line was from England and migrated early on to the Virginia colonies, I do however have ancestors from New Netherlands, the

New Netherland families of Forbes, Vangeiders, Onkelbach, Paulding, Roos, Van Schaick, Vigne and others were my ancestor's families from New Netherlands. I have extensive documented research on the Warner family of Virginia, please tell me how to proceed so I can be helpful to the Warner project.

Wondering if G.Washington's dental malady has passed through the generations to those of us who are related? My Father, my Brother and my Daughter suffer from tooth loss. They are able to remove a tooth by hand with ease as was GW. Its an interesting possibility and I would be grateful for any comment you might have. DNA??

Will miss Willis "Skip" Barshied who passed last week. He shared his deep knowledge of Palatine Bridge, Stone Arabia and the Mohawk Valley, NY. He accumulated a vast array of historic memoribilia and restored much of it, with Ft Klock the crowning site.

Does anyone know of a company that digitizes 35mm slides and home video tapes for reasonable costs? For less than 60 cents per slide and $25.00 per tape?

I have more than 1000 slides and 21 hours of tape to convert.

Interesting to learn The Old Palatine Church in Nelliston NY has a13 star USA flag dated from 1873. It was discovered by accident in 1943, stuffed in a catchall closet. It is in need of restoration and reframing in celebration of the Church's 250th anniversary. Donations gratetfully received. My ancestor Johan Petur Wagner helped build the Church! The address is: The Palatine Society, Box 208, Nelliston, NY 13410.

Interested in gathering data about my g grand uncle Webster Wagner founder of the Wagner Palace Car Co. circa 1845. He is also the inventor of the ventilation system used in cars of the era. He became a partner with Vanderbilt's son, with a factory in Buffalo,NY building rr cars. He became a NY Senator later in his career.

Gloucester, there can be little doubt regarding the connection of this place in England and the Warners' to at least 3 places in the new world: Mass, New Jersey and Virginia. I plan to persue the linkage. More later.

Met with David Warner who lives in Rossmoor and has very little info re: his ancestors. He is from the Finger Lakes region of NY. I tried to be helpful by telling him of the Warners of PA.

Called a neighbor named David Warner and told him about the Warner Family Narrative, of which he was not aware. We will meet and discuss the document. His family is from nw Pennsylvania and the NY border. He was enthused and hoped we could find some relatives.

Am now certain The Warners' from Gloucestershire UK dating to 1273, living in Blockley, Chipping Campden and Draycott have most of their records in safe keeping in the Church of St. Peter and St. Paul in Blockley.

My son Erik has just had his DNA tested by "23 and me" and was surprised to learn that 13% was Ashkenasy jew. If you have info regarding this finding I would appreciate hearing about it. Mine was done some years ago by Family Tree DNA and there wasn't a jewish indication.
