John died intestate 22 April 1712, in Warwick, Rhode Island. [3] His burial location is unknown, however, there is a Find A Grave memorial for him. [4] His inventory was taken on 9 May 1712.[5]

John Warner reported to have removed to Providence, R.I., returned to England, his son John Warner 1645-1712 returned to Rhode Island 1655, married Anna Gorton 1644-1734, dau. of Samuel Gorton 1593-1677. Their son John Warner 1673-1732 married Elizabeth Coggeshall born 23 Apr 1671, had issue: John Warner 1695-1773.
