- Sarah Warner was born circa 1640 at Colne, Lancashire, England. She married her cousin, Lawrence Towneley, son of Lawrence Towneley, Gent. and Alice Calvert, circa 1663 at of Warner Hall, Gloucester, Virginia. They had 1 daughter (Alice, wife of John Grymes).[1]
