He married Mary (Harris) Warner on November 16, 1836 in Charlemont, Franklin, Massachusetts, United States. Together, they were the parents of Catherine T Warner, Henry Newton Warner, Charles Monroe Warner, William Lee Warner, Moses Edward Warner, Sarah Frances Warner, and Mary Isabelle Warner Temple. He passed away in 1884 in Charlemont, Franklin, Massachusetts, United States. He was buried in Village Cemetery in Charlemont, Franklin, Massachusetts, United States.
