In the Will of FREDERICK HAWKESBURY WARNER, late of Stony Creek, near Mudgee, In the colony of New South Wales, Farmer, deceased. NOTICE Is hereby given that after the expiration of fourteen days from the publication hereof, application will be made to the Supreme Court of New South Wales, in its Probate Jurisdiction, that Probate of the last Will and Testement of FREDERICK HAWKESBURY WARNER, late of Stony Creek, near Mudgee, in the colony of New South Wales, Farmer, deceased, who died on the twenty-fourth day of October, 1880, may be granted to FREDERICK HAWKESBURY WARNER, Junior, and ISABELLA MARIA LARGE (formerly Isabella Maria Warner), but now the wife of John Jacob Large, one of the Executors and the Executrix named in and appointed by the Will of the said deceased. Michael James Brophy, the other Executor of the said Will, having renounced all his right and title to probate thereof. Dated at Newcastle this 7th day of February. A.D. 1891.
